1. After booking online, you'll receive a confirmation text and email. 2. Prior to your appointment, the technician will send an "On the way" text. 3. When the technician arrives, he will discuss the problem that you've been having and any other concerns that you have. 4. The technician will conduct a complete diagnostic or maintenance. 5. The technician will discuss the condition of your system with you and get your permission for any repairs. 6. The technician will perform the approved repair and send the invoice. 7.
